Randy Frederick has joined Swagelok Co. as director of continuous improvement and quality. In this role, he is responsible for leading and directing the company’s continuous improvement and quality activities to attain cost, quality, and efficiency goals. Mr Frederick has more than twenty years of quality and operations management experience. Most recently, Frederick was employed as senior manager of customer quality and supplier quality manager at Moen Inc.
