Roto Pumps Ltd is planning to expand its capacity in the next two years. The expansion will take place on the 20,000sq/m plot of land allotted to the company by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The land, in Sector Ecotech-XII, will be delivered to the company in another eight to nine months. Civil works on the expansion project is planned to start by 2009-end and the project will be implemented in two years. Commercial production is expected by the end of 2011. Machinery to the tune of Rs 5 crore is being imported for capacity expansion. Once the land is in possession, Roto Pumps will shift its existing plant in Noida to the proposed site for further expansion. Roto Pumps products are widely used abroad in sectors like oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food industry and especially in wastewater treatment plants.
