Flowserve Corporation has unveiled a new lifetime warranty on all its Durco Mark 3 ANSI pump models fitted with the ANSI 3A power end. In what the company believes is an industry first, the lifetime warranty is available at no extra cost. It covers the several Durco Mark 3 models. Under the terms of the warranty, Flowserve will repair or replace free of charge any pump component that fails over the life of the pump as a direct result of defective materials or workmanship. Failures due to normal wear, abuse, or misapplication are, however, excluded. The warranty applies to original purchasers only and is also contingent upon the use of genuine Flowserve parts, thereby negating any savings available to end users on the re-manufactured or second hand parts market.
