Gorman-Rupp Company, a pump manufacturer located in Mansfield, Ohio, has announced a change in their executive leadership. Scott King, the former president and chief operating officer of Gorman-Rupp, will become the company’s chief executive officer in January 2022.
King has been with the company since 2004 and has held various operational leadership positions throughout this time.
Jeffrey Gorman, former company CEO, has served since 1998. Following this transition, Gorman will continue to serve as the executive chairman to the board and will assist with the company’s overall strategy and acquisition efforts.
